We like these a lot but they are supposed to be pillow cases not pillow protectors. We wish they were like a normal pillowcase so they'd look nice on the bed. There is no reason to put a zipper on them and make them so tight.They do this to save on the silk fabric b/c it costs more than a cheap nylon zipper.They should be 20" x 30" with an open edge.I am satisfied with the quality of these silk pillow cases. I think they could be a little more soft but you get what you pay for. Will order again. Good value.I’ve looked at a lot of silk pillowcases on Amazon and some claim that it is not real silk. This one however, has a tag that clearly says 100% real silk. It comes with an extensive list of how to care for it. If you’re not willing to take care with it you probably shouldn’t get silk. It is best washed in a sink with a gentle shampoo or woolite, wrapped in a towel to press the water out but not wrung, And hung to dry.These definitely have a smooth silky feel and are a little on the cool side.These seem to be treating my hair well.Very niceGreat pillowcases to lessen bed head!Purchased this silk pillowcase to replace a satin pillowcase.
